Do you ship overseas?
No. Due to a huge rise in shipping rates, we now only ship to the UK.

Do you offer shipping upgrades?
We offer standard (2nd class) and express shipping options.

When will my item arrive?
Please allow for dispatch time + shipping time. Your order will be ready to dispatch within approx. 7-10 working days. The shipping time will vary depending on your location and the postal method selected at checkout. Please see our shipping page for full details.

Personalisation

Can I use my own illustration on the cover of my phone case?
Yes, take a look at our custom pictures page. There is an additional cost and it takes extra time. You will also need to provide your artwork to the required specifications. But if you’re happy with all that then the results can be really wonderful!

Can I have a longer message than the character limit?
No, we’re very sorry but our character limits are carefully set based on the available space for the product. If you request a message that exceeds the limit then it will result in a delay whilst we contact you.

My message is within the character limit but doesn’t fit in the personalisation box?
This will be because the spaces, symbols and/or punctuation in your message all count towards the character limit.

Bespoke personalisation:

When you opt for our bespoke personalisation service not only will we personalise your item using beautiful embossed gold foil, but we'll do it the good old-fashioned way – using skilled craftsmanship, a discerning eye and our beloved vintage hot foil embossing machine. It's fiddly but we love the process!

Our process
We use letterpress printing and a hot foil stamping machine to personalise our products. It’s a skilled, manual process that involves many stages but, and we’re sure you’ll agree, the intricate end result is definitely worth it. It’s a fascinating technique that dates back to the 15th century.

Important information:

Character limits
Please pay attention to the maximum character limit set for your item. Spaces, symbols and punctuation all count. If you request a personalised message that exceeds this limit it will result in a delay whilst we contact you. These limits are carefully set based on product size and available space so cannot be altered or exceeded.

Symbols and punctuation
If you would like symbols or punctuation in your personalised message please bear in mind that we are limited by what we physically have in our metal type set. We have 1 each of the following

For 10pt text . , # ? ! / - & '
For 22pt text . , # ? ! / - & @ ° : ( ) = * _ " " 

Fonts
Our personalised text is set in the font Times and is all capital letters. The size will either be 10pt or 22pt, depending on the product.
Text is centre aligned unless otherwise stated.

• Monogram: Up to 2 initials
• Monogram: 1x full stop (period) between initials
• Monogram: Large font (no symbols)
• Message: 1 or 2 lines, up to 11 characters per line, size 10pt

Shipping costs

UK
• Orders over £50 = FREE (2nd class)
• Orders under £50 = £3  (2nd class)
• Express delivery = from £8 (calculated at checkout)

USA
• Priced individually (calculated at checkout)

Unfortunately shipping costs have increased exponentially recently, and we are very sorry not to be able to offer lower rates. If you are located in an international region outside of the USA, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.

Lost, Undelivered or Delayed Orders
We will not be held responsible for items delayed, lost in the mail or undelivered. It is our policy to wait 28 working days from the day of dispatch to see if the item is returned to sender, and any refunds will be issued entirely at our own discretion. 

Good to Know
We are real people, not machines! When you place an order with us our small team of master craftspeople will be making your order with care and attention. Some of our personalisation services take extra time so, although we aim to make and ship all orders as quickly as possible, this may take slightly longer.
